Instructions

  1. Slice the Avocado: Slice each avocado into 1/2 inch thick wedges, ensuring they hold their shape well for breading.
  2. Prepare Breading Stations: Pour the flour mixed with 1 teaspoon kosher salt into one shallow dish. Beat the eggs with a fork in a second shallow dish. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  3. Bread the Avocado Wedges: Dredge each avocado wedge first in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the panko breadcrumbs.
