Candy Cane Sleigh Recipe

  • Author: Thomas
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 candy cane sleigh 1x

Description

Create a festive and fun Candy Cane Sleigh using simple holiday treats like candy canes, Kit Kat bars, and mini Hershey bars. This easy no-cook project is perfect for holiday gifting or decoration, assembling a charming sleigh with wrapped candy and decorative ribbons.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Candy Cane Sleigh:

  • 2 candy canes
  • 1 standard size Kit Kat bar
  • 10 mini Hershey bars
  • Glue dots (for securing candy)
  • Wrapping paper (for wrapping candy bars)
  • Ribbon (for tying the sleigh)
  • Bow (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Wrap Candy Bars: Wrap each candy bar—Kit Kat and mini Hershey bars—in cute holiday wrapping paper to give them a festive look and to hold the sleigh together neatly.
  2. Position Candy Canes: Lay the two candy canes side by side with the curved ends facing outwards, mimicking the runners of a sleigh.
  3. Attach Kit Kat Bar: Place the wrapped Kit Kat bar across the two candy canes horizontally, then secure it in place using glue dots to keep the structure stable.
  4. Stack Mini Hershey Bars: Arrange the 10 mini Hershey bars in a pyramid shape on top of the Kit Kat sled bed: 4 bars in the bottom row, 3 above that, then 2, and finally 1 at the top.
  5. Wrap with Ribbon and Bow: Tie a decorative ribbon around the entire sleigh to hold the Hershey bars in place, and finish by attaching a bow on top for a charming holiday touch.

Notes

  • You can substitute candy bars with other similar-sized wrapped treats if desired.
  • Use double-sided tape instead of glue dots if preferred for securing candy.
  • This craft is intended for decorative or gifting purposes; all candy is edible.
  • Be gentle when wrapping and stacking to prevent candies from breaking.
