Instructions

- Assemble the burek: Evenly spread the cheese filling across the overlapping rice papers, ensuring an even layer for rolling.
- Roll into a rope: Fold the edge of the rice paper closest to you over the filling and begin rolling tightly. Fold the sides inward as you roll to seal the filling inside, continuing until you have a long rope-like shape.
- Form the coil: Take one end of the rolled rope and coil it onto itself, forming a tight spiral.
- Brush and season: Brush the entire burek with oil or egg wash to enhance color and crispiness. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bottom if using.
- Air fry to crisp: Place the burek coil in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes or until the exterior turns golden brown and crispy.
